GBP Autopilot is provided by Palm Bay Digital Ltd (company no. 15996143, registered in England & Wales) to businesses that have agreed to use it. Contact: hello@palmbay.digital.

The service

When you connect your Instagram professional account, we read your own posts and publish short updates based on them, with the photo, to your Google Business Profile. We do not post to Instagram.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorised to manage the Instagram account and Google listing you connect.
• You must have the rights to the photos and text you post on Instagram.
• You remain responsible for your Google Business Profile and its content.

Content and approval

Updates are either approved by us before publishing or published automatically, as agreed with you. You can ask us to edit or remove any published update at any time.

Stopping the service

You can disconnect at any time in Instagram → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, or by emailing us. We then stop reading your posts. See our privacy policy and data deletion page.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for changes made by Instagram or Google to their platforms, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England & Wales, which governs these terms.
